Note - We do not automatically email tracking numbers upon shipment.  Tracking #s are emailed to you per request.  Please email tracking@cheaphydroponics.com with Tracking in the subject field and your last name in the email to request a tracking #.

What is a Tracking Number?
Tracking numbers are used by UPS to identify and trace every package as it moves through the UPS system to its destination. A tracking number is automatically assigned to your package when we ship it UPS. You can use this number to track, locate and verify arrival of your package, as well as other details.

UPS Tracking Numbers appear in the following formats:
* 1Z 999 999 99 9999 999 9
* 9999 9999 999
* T999 9999 999

Tracking by E-Mail UPS tracking is available via e-mail when access to the internet is is not. To track an order by e-mail send a message to totaltrack@ups.com, putting your tracking number in the subject line. Tracking information will be automatically returned to your e-mail address.
